What we expect out of our candidates:
- Establish builder trust
- Understand or be willing to learn Wagner standards / builder specs and install with quality
- Management skills and ability to run a small crew effectively
- A can-do attitude
- Eager to learn, work hard, and follow company standards
- Rough/final single family and multi-family dwellings, ensuring they are to print and to code
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Be accurate in keeping houses on schedule
- MUST have 2 years residential experience or more.
- Residential License a plus.
