We are searching for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to be part of our team, with openings across Tech, Marketing, and Product Organizations. The Executive Assistant will support a VP in addition to director level leaders and will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload as well as their executive’s calendars and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 5 years working at the Executive administrative level, preferably supporting senior staff members (VP and above).
- Self-starter who can operate independently and move quickly from one task to another; creative problem solver, seeks "win-win" solutions; energized by challenges.
- Anticipatory—must be able to plan ahead and identify unforeseen needs.

- Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications and Microsoft.
- Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical.

Compensation Range: 36.50 - 49.00 /hr
- Manage departmental executive and senior manager's calendar(s), travel, meetings and/or daily schedules.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events for the executive including offsites and other team events.
- Interact cross-functionally with departments, employees, vendors or customers in need of meeting with department leaders.
- Provide timely response to emails, voicemails, and written correspondence on behalf of manager.
- Budget reports tracked and reconciled with department spending; manager informed.
- Liaison to corporate offices and/or other business units/functional groups.
- Ensure a high level of service and accuracy in answering questions for employees and vendors.
- Maintain and/or create accurate databases to track departmental information.
- Assist with organizational chart maintenance for functional group or business unit.
- Research and analyze data within the context of a project, departmental needs, or company direction and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate clearly at multiple levels and with diverse audiences.
- Effectively organize and maintain the business environment for department/manager.
- Handle multiple tasks while being flexible as priorities and focus can change rapidly.
