DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Accounts Receivables Associate - Level III Senior Collections Specialist to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins Inc. facility in Florence, KY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Enhance Customer Relationships : Build strong connections with complex internal and external customers, fostering trust and open communication to facilitate timely payments.
- Streamline Payment Processes : Identify and implement efficient payment processing methods, reducing delays, and improving cash flow.
- Thorough Account Analysis : Regularly prepare detailed statements of accounts, providing customers with clear insights into their balances and payment histories.
- Resolve Inquiries Effectively : Address both basic and complex customer inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and reducing the likelihood of payment disputes.
- Root Cause Analysis : Conduct in-depth analyses of late payments to identify underlying issues, allowing you to propose targeted process improvements.
- Data-Driven Reporting : Prepare comprehensive month-end reports that highlight trends and performance metrics, aiding management in strategic decision-making.
- Lead Improvement Projects : Take initiative in participating or leading projects aimed at enhancing Accounts Receivable processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adaptability and Initiative : Embrace additional duties as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's overall success.

Education/Experience
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
