Position Summary:
A Penske Title Production Coordinator operates in a team-based environment and is responsible for the procurement and controllership of vehicle title and registration documents.
Major Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely preparation and submission of title applications
- Interact with state agencies and Penske locations to ensure timely handling of vehicle title and procurement documentation
- Responsible for all aspects of title procurement, warehouse, control and asset disposal.
- Responsible for controlling all vehicle ownership documents for US, Canadian and Team Lease assets.
- Provide annual asset control and documentation reconciliation.
- File/Distribute procurement documents (MSOs) as received and ensure that all vehicle title documents are accounted for.
- Provide fleet reconciliation and assist in the daily audit support to minimize misuse of company and partnership assets.
- Accountable for the direct release of titles as related to vehicle disposition for both retail and wholesale disposal.
- Assist with various departmental projects
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma required.
- Knowledge of Excel
- Works well in a team and collaborates on group projects.
- Experience with completing/processing state title applications/documents
- Customer service – phone experience
- Having PA Notary is a plus
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
