A strong grasp of team dynamics and performance management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in creating engaging training activities.
A team player attitude and ability to work cross-functionally.
An attention to detail that ensures every training session is polished and professional.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office.
- Certification in DiSC Catalyst Workshops or similar
- Certification in Outward Mindset Workshops
- Experience leading workshops for all levels of leadership
- Experience facilitating strategic planning sessions for C-Suite leaders
- Experience with NovoEd, Cornerstone, Adobe, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent related work experience
