Our Aviation team is critical in transporting executive team members to various rail locations, customer meetings, conference engagements as well as personal travel domestically and internationally. Our exceptional fleet consists of a Gulfstream G-450 and a Gulfstream G280 that are impeccably maintained by our in-house maintenance staff and the OEM in Savannah, GA. We are extremely safety focused and proudly hold an IS-BAO Stage 3 certification in addition to nearly 80 years of FAA Part 91 business aircraft operations.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting of aircraft system discrepancies
- Performing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on company aircraft and associated aircraft appliances in accordance with established schedules and as directed
- Planning, and coordinating aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Providing on-call aircraft and fight crew support, on rotating basis
- Providing local aircraft departure and arrival support – preflight checks, postflight checks, ramp positioning, as well as oversee line service and fueling processes
- Researching and investigating all possible solutions to engine, airframe, and associated appliance malfunctions
- Replacement of parts such as LRUs, avionics, hydraulic, fuel, and other aircraft system components
- Producing quality and detailed workmanship
- Providing back-up inspections for team members
- Perform scheduled, routine inspections
- Compose and sign off aircraft logbook entries and records
- Tracking time and/or service-limited parts aircraft appliances
- Sourcing aircraft parts as well as consumables while assessing cost and budget impact
- Assisting in maintaining all ground support equipment
- Assisting with hangar maintenance and housekeeping
- Assisting with maintaining aircraft cleanliness
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- FAA issued Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- 5+ years working on corporate aircraft
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Avionics background - troubleshooting, repair, and installations
- Experience working on Gulfstream aircrafts. G280 and G450
- Experience with CAMP/CMP or other aircraft maintenance tracking programs
- Trade school, college, or military experience

- Available to report to work with two-hour advance notice
- Must be a self-starter. Ability to work with limited supervision per flight schedule
- Experience with CAMP/CMP or other aircraft maintenance tracking programs
- Work hours may vary in length and schedule (may include a non-standard work week, including on-call hours)
