Cellular City USA, a Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer, is looking for fun, outgoing and results-oriented individuals to join our Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager Team. As a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager for Cellular City USA, you will be working directly with our sales associates and customers educating them on the Verizon Products and Services we offer and guiding/training them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in Wireless management, understand how to lead outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

The Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager for Cellular City USA will be responsible for:
- Drive business growth and ensure the store meets or exceeds monthly sales goals
- Manage sales performance by coaching and developing staff to meet KPIs and achieve personal and team targets.
- Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
- Maintain a monthly training calendar and ensure all employees are fully trained on products, services, and sales processes.
- Utilize evaluations (e.g., 30-60-90 day reviews) and Performance Improvement Plans to guide staff improvement.
- Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
- Assisting the District Managers in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
- Completing all required trainings as directed by Cellular City USA and Verizon Wireless
- Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for co-employees and others.
Cellular City USA is looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
- Proof of achievement in prior sales management and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
- Ability to travel to our various locations within your district as business needs dictate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
