JOB RESPONSABILITY AND EDUCATION:
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing BIM modelling, with at least 5 years in a AutoCAD/MicroStation.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Revit software for HVAC/Plumbing design
- Strong knowledge of Drafting standards.
- Experience in NavisWorks.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various discipline.
- Strong presentation skills.
Additional Qualifications (added benefit, but not essential)
- Experience in GES+, Saudi Aramco, LSTK or similar projects.
