Juniper is seeking a passionate and highly motivated product manager to help drive overall Juniper routing business and solution adoption across all customer segments, with focus on automation of networks. This individual will be part of Juniper's automated WAN organization, in the Paragon Automation team.

Influence the strategic direction of the portfolio with knowledge acquired from research, market, competitors, and customers. Be a customer advocate and relate to the problem they have and how it could be solved.
- Creative & Visual Thinker: Excellent at dissecting dense complicated technical information and reframing them in consumable formats for a variety of audiences. Not afraid to present new and creative ideas. Out of the box ideas encouraged.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive outcomes for our customers.
- Drive: "Roll up sleeves and do what it takes" attitude. Continuously rethink, challenge, and innovate. Be self-motivated and comfortable working in a distributed workforce.
- Business Sense: Use a blend of business and technical skills to help develop business cases, including financial modeling, pricing, and forecasting. Work with Marketing and Sales teams on developing “go-to-market” strategies, communicating them, and executing them.
Looking for someone who loves to learn and has great communication skills. This role involves dissecting new information constant across a variety of roadmaps and global markets to strategize new business opportunities for the market as a whole. There is an opportunity for customer facing travel and high internal visibility. You will be the jack of all trades expert that brings the
whole story together.
Basic Qualifications
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in a technical pre-sales, post-sales, product management, technical marketing engineer, or network architect role
- Experience in network management or automation strategies
- Knowledge and experience with WAN networks, implementation, operations, and technologies
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Linux experience
- Scripting or software development
- Databases (SQL, graph databases and timeseries)
- Juniper routing portfolios ACX, MX, PTX
- Agile Development
- Knowledge of Microservices, CI/CD-pipelines, JIRA, git and other modern ways of doing software delivery is a bonus
Minimum Salary: $179,200.00
Maximum Salary:$257,600.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $179,200.00 and $257,600.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
