Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Supervisor for our Wheelchair Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the aviation passenger services division, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the aviation passenger services industry, and the ability to drive business growth and innovation.
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Wheelchair Services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the aviation division.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of aviation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the aviation division’s market presence and service offerings.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role (aviation industry experience preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with business development and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of flight operations, and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with aviation software and technology solutions.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with regular travel to various locations, including airports, client sites, and industry events.
