Job Description
The creative Preditor is responsible for creating end to end video assets.
This position is temporary for one year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of creative writing, production and editing of promos, creative video assets and branding campaigns.
- Selection of images, clips, sounds, music, dialogues to create outstanding creative assets to promote our products.
- Ensure high-end quality of all creative assets and productions.
- Report to Creative Director.
- Conceptualize and pitch innovative ideas for video content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in video production and editing.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, TV) ensuring appropriate format, length, and style for each medium.
- Provide creative input and technical expertise during pre-production, production, and post-production phases of projects.
- Maintain organized digital assets, including raw footage, final edits, and project files for easy retrieval and future use.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video production and editing equipment or software.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video production and editing
- Proficiency in AVID Interplay or other industry-standard editing software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video production and editing skills
- Familiarity with various video formats and codecs
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in video production
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in broadcast or digital media environments
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop
- Understanding of SEO and social media optimization for video content
