Role Objective:
The Bilingual Customer Service Assistant will enhance client satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support. This role involves efficiently managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate client records. The assistant will ensure a seamless client experience by coordinating with legal staff and addressing client needs promptly and professionally. MUST SPEAK SPANISH, do not apply if you are not bilingual.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and emails promptly.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments and meetings.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Maintain and update client records in our database.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing and document preparation.
- Coordinate with legal staff to ensure seamless client service.
