Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in critical operations, global change management, supply chain, risk management, or technical program management
- Experience in managing and coordinating work with multiple vendors and external partners in a 24x7 or event based time constrained environment.
- Experience in electrical/power and mechanical/cooling engineering and equipment.
- Experience with global change governance and maintenance in data centers, manufacturing or 24x7 operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with driving cross-organizational changes and workflow improvements.
- Experience in managing time-sensitive and excellent communication with executive leadership in large companies or a global customer-facing impact management.
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time as needed.
- Excellent skills in problem-solving and advanced data analytics.

The Central Operations (Ops) team globally manages programs and standards for the data center site operations. The functions provide operational execution support (e.g., Incident Management, Fleet Deployment, Spares and Maintenance Planning) along with program oversight (e.g., Operational Assessments, Data Quality, Business Process support) and transformation program partnership with the field operations. The team also supports new product introductions into the fleet.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Learn, document and align Machine Learning (ML) workload dependencies on power and cooling infrastructure and various triggers for load shedding. Translate those dependencies into operational guidelines and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for planned and unplanned downtime.
- Develop, communicate and implement a Maintenance SLO policy for Data Center Operations (DCOps) with an exception and a change management plan and update guidance for site operations to manage work within the maintenance SLOs.
- Develop and implement a global strategy and a playbook for shutdown/turnaround maintenance for facilities operations.
- Design, develop and implement a sustaining planned downtime communications solution supporting both internal and external Cloud customers in partnership with the incident management team.
- Work with partner teams to implement programmatic changes to supply chain, resource planning, contracting, security, environmental and others processes impacted from a parallel maintenance approach.
