Job Title: Jr. Project Manager
Department: EPS Inside Sales department
Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania
Reports To: Vice President, EPS
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and possess strong project management skills. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Has success in developing project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks
- Has the desire to produce a quality product promptly
- Possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally within the mechanical or manufacturing industries.
- Ability to travel as needed to support project activities and foster relationships with suppliers, with a flexible schedule to accommodate project demands.
- Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test
Scope of Responsibility:
- Project Management:
- Assist with projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from defining the production plan to closing out the project.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor production schedules, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Directly manage several fuel oil packaged systems and typical hydronic pump packages.
- Work with purchasing and vendors to track inbound materials, expediting as needed to keep projects on schedule.
- Technical Expertise:
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings with a solid understanding of mechanical products.
- Provide technical support to the sales team, identifying opportunities and assisting in negotiations with customers and suppliers.
- Performance Measurement:
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Regularly report on project status, and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure timely resolution..
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
