Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a senior Quality Specialist to join our Quality Strategy & Integration (QS&I) team in an exciting role supporting Program Leaders. This team focuses on implementing quality initiatives into our business & functions while working with our internal stakeholders to ensure proper processes and procedures are in place.
In this role, the specialist will function as a strategic business partner that enables Boeing’s business and accelerates Boeing’s quality and safety by providing counseling and guidance on quality tools and processes. Quality Strategy & Integration specialists collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems, offer innovative solutions, and facilitate lean opportunities to advance Boeing’s long-term objectives. QS&I fosters a culture of First Time Quality and helps identify and mitigate risks across the enterprise. The position is hybrid and will require occasional travel.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads Quality reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development and integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
- Lead analysis to identify and facilitate value-added metrics/KPIs, to drive business decisions
- Support and assist with problem management activates: CAR, NCR, etc.
- Facilitate Quality Leadership Reviews
- Develop and lead Quality initiatives
- Focus on continuous improvement, the ability to recognize and implement opportunities to bring preventative best practices to the business
- Implement Quality tools
- Enable Quality Management System
- Provide strategic counseling and coaching on Quality initiatives
- Works under minimal direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years QMS and Quality Processes experience
- 10+ years of experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 5+ years experience in a role that requires project management skills, tools and processes
- 5+ years experience developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Engineering Degree
- Experience in a role that required strong analytical and problem solving skills
Typical Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area (Ridley Park, PA) or relocate at their own expense.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $89,000 -$158,000 Annually
