Are you ready to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment? As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor in Component Final Finishes, you will oversee critical operations across South, Mod Temp, and North manufacturing areas on 2nd Shift. Your leadership will ensure quality, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing• Supervise a represented workforce of coaters, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution.
• Drive build plans and implement changes to enhance quality, schedule, and cost performance.
• Foster a culture of First Time Right (FTR) and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention.
• Ensure employee certification for tasks requiring specialized qualifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promptly address unsafe conditions.
• Reinforce compliance with Core processes and program-specific procedures.
• Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities, develop technical competencies, and enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations and Human Resources to address skill gaps and boost employee engagement.

• Experience in managing a team using tools, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, &/or quality)
• MS Office proficiency, mainly with Teams, Outlook, and Excel
Desired Skills:• Understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).
• Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, EWI, and STK
• Working knowledge of Crew Plans and STK

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
