What does a successful Traffic Coordinator do at Fiserv?
The Traffic Coordinator at Fiserv reports to the Director of Creative Resources & Operations for the Global Brand and Communications Department. Using our project management tool, Workfront, you will assist the Project Managers (PMs) with creative and organizational efforts. You will play a crucial role in acting as the liaison among requestors, PMs, and our Proof Point Studio Team, ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient workflow.
What you will do:
Enter, review, and revise a high volume of creative requests daily.
Create work schedules and keep abreast of resource availability across all creative disciplines.
Document scope changes, correspondence, and reference materials.
Process daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure schedules run efficiently, jobs are completed as intended, and invoicing is processed timely.
Participate in team meetings and follow up with meeting tasks and to-do lists.
Anticipate and troubleshoot problems with a creative, flexible, and resourceful approach.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
4+ years related experience in an applicable field
2+ years of experience working with an in-house creative team and/or agency
2+ years of marketing and creative deliverable processes for design, video, content, and print production
What would be great to have:
Background working in financial services
Experience with Office 365 applications, Adobe CS, and Workfront
