Role:
Responsible for managing the customer service team, developing and executing programs to improve sales, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Will oversee the development, execution, and management of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing CRM processes, implementing effective strategies to drive sales performance, and assisting in the management of a small team of sales representatives to ensure data-driven success.
Requirements:
- Education in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in CRM management or a similar role (5+ Years, preferred)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
· CRM Strategy Development and Management: Design, implement, and manage the overall CRM strategy to enhance customer relationships, Analyze develop targeted marketing strategies.
· Customer Data Management: Oversee data collection, organization, and monitor customer behaviors, and trends.
· Develop reporting systems to track CRM performance and key metrics
· Campaign Development and Execution: Plan and execute campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty programs, etc.).
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
· CRM Platform Management: Maintain and enhance CRM systems & ensure integration with other tools (e.g., Ring Central, sales software, etc.).
· Monitor CRM metrics for daily calls (Inbound/outbound) and compare Vs set goals.
· Develop & Provide training and support for teams using the CRM system.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
