The Air Gapped Cloud (AGC) End-to-End Team is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with deep technical and business expertise. You should have sound technical expertise in the execution and delivery of datacenters, industry knowledge, and the executive presence to lead complex, time sensitive initiatives. The AGC End-to-End Program Management team oversees the planning, compliance, and progress of the plan of record Data Center delivery schedules. Inclusive in this is oversight of governance and compliance to improve Data Center delivery predictability across our build portfolio. We utilize tools such as Master Schedules, Risk Framework, Quality Checklists and Schedule Health Scorecards, and are hands-on with the PMs in the field, Design, Security, Supply Chain, Construction, and Operations teams with our tools and analysis. This results in Schedule Predictability driving overall delivery efficiencies.
As a Technical Program Manager you will report to the AGC End-to-End Lead. You will support project level schedule analytics and audits. You will be responsible for management and analysis of plan of record delivery schedules and milestones at the project and program level. This includes working closely with our internal stakeholder teams and datacenter PM’s, collecting and analyzing schedule data and reporting to management on issues, risks and opportunities found in the schedules. Likewise, you will be involved in developing & driving processes, maintaining reporting and driving project deliverables according to a set cadence and rhythm of business. Our goal is to improve predictability by validating project progress, data analysis and clean up, and supporting the overarching schedule processes, development and standardization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, master scheduling, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, master scheduling, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- 7+ years’ experience working on data center projects.
- Knowledge of Premavera P6, MS Project, other schedule health analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methodology.
- Experience with Data Center design and construction programs
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
