Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to service and maintenance, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. The technician will work in various settings, providing exceptional service to our clients while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC/R systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to evaluate system performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their HVAC requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during installation and repair processes.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Ability to plumb various HVAC components as needed for installations or repairs.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to HVAC work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
- Certification or licensure in HVAC is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
