Summary Responsible for the overall operations of guest house/villas attendants, house persons, and turndown attendants. Provides support to the daily duties of the supervisors in each department. Establish training/ standard programs and put it into effect in each area of housekeeping. Schedule staff weekly and assigns morning work to each area. Work is inspected daily. Works with supervisors for room inspections and tracking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Work with supervisor to develop, document and implement standards for all areas of housekeeping.
· Develop document and implement training programs to ensure that all staff is trained to meet standards.
· Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction in assigning and instructing Housekeeping staff in the details of their work.
· Plan, organize and monitor staff activities to make sure duties are completed in a timely manner.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
