Communicate Effectively -- by approaching every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
Continually Increase Store Sales -- only once you understand the customer's need, clearly explain and demonstrate our products, services, features and confidently ask for the sale.
Team Player -- be able to work in a group environment, be open-minded to learning new things and always treat customers / co-workers the way you'd like to be treated.
Professionalism - be confident of what you're selling by utilizing all the tools that management provides to continually improve your knowledge of the products we offer and our phone's features.
Integrity -- be dependable and show up on-time everyday, don't bring personal problems to work and help to maintain a clean, organized store.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
