In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Developing timelines, action plans, and roadmaps for Cyber projects.
- Tracking progress in Jira following agile methodologies.
- Dealing proactively with roadblocks and escalations.
- Tracking team size, turnover, and hiring progress for a cybersecurity department or organization.
- Analyzing workforce capacity and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Partnering with HR and recruiting teams for talent acquisition.
- Budget planning for cybersecurity projects, tools, and operations.
- Monitoring and reporting on cybersecurity spend against budget forecasts.
- Justifying budget needs to senior leadership or finance teams.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Previous Program Coordination / Management experience in a large enterprise/organization.
- Strong background in Cyber Security preferably in a financial institution.
- Experience working in Agile environment.
- Working knowledge of Jira.
