If so, we have an opportunity as SAP GTS Analyst at CEVA Logistics, that would allow you to analyze, define and assist in the deployment of the SAP based solution for the Global Trade Services (GTS) processes in SAP.
This position is open in US, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You will join the SAP COE team to assist with the design and implementation of SAP GTS modules. You make sure you understand business processes and translate the legal and business requirements into the IT solution.
Functional and Business
- In this role you manage the Fit-Gap Workshops and provide industry and SAP best practice reference points to Business stakeholders.
- You consistently work towards use of standard design templates, frameworks for the collection and documentation of SAP related work products.
- You coordinate across functional teams to identify dependencies, cross team issues and potential risks as well as formulate end-to-end solution opportunities and reference models.
- You coordinate with supporting program/project work-streams such as Change Enablement, Technology, Conversion/Deployment, etc. to ensure they have the required view and access to functional/solution information to successfully execute their work products.

Project Delivery and Support
- You actively participate to GTS track to ensure all customer SLAs are met. Work with regions and countries to ensure regular communication channel is established for updates and resolutions.
- You provide estimates to new projects keeping in mind cross track requirements.
- You monitor the SLAs for all incidents specific to the GTS process and report to management.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
- You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in computer Science, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with an IS emphasis.
- You have min. 3 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, Trade Preference modules).
You completed minimum 1 end to end SAP (Global) implementation
- You have experience in GTS Configuration, Export /Import Compliance, SPL/Embargo, License Determination
- You have interest in international trade and commerce.
- You have experience within international projects and with complex international business environments.
- You have excellent communication skills.
