FULL TIME - we are looking for a full time and part time drivers, delivering FedEx packages in West Chester area. In order to work for FedEx Ground, each driver must pass drug and physical test.
Pay Structure
- W2 job
- Base pay is $140 per day (approx. $20-25 per hour). $145 after 3 months.
- Extra pay for the stops above 130 stops, 6th day and Sundays, which can be up to $150 per day.
- Paid Training for 3 days.
- Extra Christmas pay
- Day starts between 8 AM and ends around 3-5 PM
- Clean driving record and clean criminal history required.
- Schedule: each driver must work at least one weekend day, and he/she will have one day off during the week. (example, Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Thursday).
Drivers can expect 110-140 stops depending on the area covered. Typically drivers will finish their run before 3-5 PM. We usually provide 1-2 days of training and 3-4 days of lighter load to get used to route. Most drivers will pick up 120 stops within a week or two.
PART TIME - are you someone that wants to work weekends or few days per week. We have several different opportunities that are flexible and stable. WE DO NOT HAVE HOURLY PART TIME JOBS.
