RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Perform detailed technical, business case, and cost-benefit analyses to assess program performance.
Collect, organize, and interpret data related to NAVAIR systems, projects, and product acquisition programs. Monitor program/project progress, identify potential issues, and track adherence to schedules.
Apply government-mandated processes for documentation management, change control, and data tracking. Ensure compliance with quality control standards and organizational procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to optimize systems and procedures. Develop work simplification strategies, prepare operational manuals, and recommend procedural changes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze contractual documents, technical data, customer usage patterns, maintenance practices, and operation characteristics. Support spares provisioning, maintenance/repair activities, and logistics planning to improve program delivery and supply chain efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and analyze logistical requirements to optimize supply chain strategies. Develop and implement plans for the timely and cost-effective distribution of goods and supplies, ensuring program objectives are met.
Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft suite is required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Education & Experience:
- BS/BA & 3+ years of relevant experience
- OR AA/AS & 7+ years of experience,
- OR High School Diploma & 10+ years of experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- General knowledge of NAVAIR policies, procedures, terminology and requirements
- 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $67,000-101,000. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience/contract affordability in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
