To support our growth, we are searching for a IT Generalist for our West Chester facility.
Successful candidates will have experience supporting network maintenance, supporting telecommunication systems as well as troubleshooting and supporting a dynamic and diverse company culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assure the maintenance of the existing network hardware and software infrastructure:
o Local Servers
o Perform local backups
o Scanners and plotters maintenance (IP part of it)
o Facility Wi-fi routers
o Video conferencing system
o Anti-virus software
o LN Connectivity – Router
o Logistics scanner maintenance (T.I. & TUSA warehousing)
- Manage and support the Telecom system.
- Help desk (Hardware and Software) support for all TUSA employees.
- Resolves IT related issues by investigating, identifying solutions and recommending actions.
- Support the users on Salesforce knowledge and application.
- Assure that the shipping software equipment (UPS/FedEx) works properly.
- Digilab product line support:
o Provide support to new and existing Clients.
o Technically support product launches in coordination with the Digilab team.
o Manage technical communications with the Client’s I/T team as needed.
- Maintain server room housekeeping in a neat and organized manner.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Maintain attendance within company guidelines.
- Perform all other duties as required by the Director of Service.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Positive and motivated attitude.
- General knowledge of LAN infrastructure, VPN, Server-client structure, Cloud deployment and Web applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with Tecniplast USA personnel.
Essential Requirements for Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Familiarity with Lean enterprise philosophy.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in I/T.
- Occasional travel for training and Help desk services may be required.
