- Mastery of the Sales Process
- Customer Centric mentality
- Experience with the following programs:
CDK, Reynolds, E-Lead, Salesforce, VinSolutions or Dealer Socket CRM’s, V-Auto
- Winning Attitude
- Strong Work Ethic
- Automotive Sales Experience is a plus
- Willing to make 100 outgoing calls a day
