Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the solar sales industry, and will be responsible for closing deals and meeting sales targets. Duties:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solar sales products and services, as well as our competitors, to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through outside sales efforts, networking, and market research.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage leads, sales opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Negotiate and close deals, including negotiating prices, terms, and conditions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the energy sales market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Demonstrate fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
- Work closely with the technical sales team to ensure that sales pitches and presentations accurately reflect the capabilities and features of our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, with a focus on solar sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using Salesforce to manage sales opportunities and customer interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the energy sales market and industry trends.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
- Experience in technical sales or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
