**Technical Field Representative**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Field Representative to join our team. As a Technical Field Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in various locations, providing exceptional service, and promoting our products and services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct face-to-face interactions with customers in designated areas
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish and English, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrate proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate records through meticulous data entry
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette when contacting customers or stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all interactions
- Prospect new businesses by introducing yourself and handing out literature
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers from various backgrounds
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to enhance customer experience
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable with upselling techniques to drive sales growth
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Clean driving record
- Prior Customer Facing Experience
- Tech Savvy (Loves the latest apps, gear, etc)
- Loves To Demonstrate Technology
**Nice To Have:**
- Rideshare Experience
- Direct to customer technical sales experience (TMobile, Verizon, AT&T)
- Familiarity With Payment Processors
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry
