Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality field service, performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively in a timely manner.
- This position requires that you have certain tools to perform your work. We can assist with getting the needed tools.
- Hours are Tuesday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 3:00pm
- Compensation depends on level of experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspection, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work.
- Installing accessories and performing new vehicle pre-delivery inspections and prep work.
- Required to maintain a current knowledge of OEM
- Test driving vehicles, if necessary, to verify customer complaints
- Participating in factory sponsored training and programs
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 5-year experience in the powersports industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to read and interpret R/Os
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
