We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers
- Recommend upsells or additional products to meet customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, etc)
- Experience in specific sales areas such as Appliance, Electronics, or Jewelry sales is advantageous at least have 1 to 2 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in English
