Located in the vibrant Eddy Street Commons directly across from the University of Notre Dame, our hotel boasts 10,000 square feet of banquet space and 164 guest rooms, offering an exciting environment for both team members and guests.

What will I be doing?
As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure a seamless transition from the pre-event to post-event phases. Your role is vital in providing high-level service and maximizing revenue opportunities by upselling and offering event enhancements.
Position Summary:
- Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing clear plans and goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents, or in-person interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to set and meet expectations.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of job systems, products, and processes.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate to handle complaints and disputes.
- Influence and sell to both internal and external clients.
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing issues and determining the best solutions.
- Deliver high-quality service by understanding guest needs and providing direction, feedback, and coaching to team members.
- Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process when needed. #LI-AT3
