The Retail Systems Analyst will support the execution of IT strategies tailored to support the growth and profitability of the retail stores. This role will represent all focus areas within the Aptos ecosystem (e.g. Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Pricing, Inventory, CRM, ERP, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand opportunities and build requirements for process and system improvement
- Manage daily tasks and processes within Aptos to support efficient business operations.
- Support Tickets: ensure all open Aptos tickets are resolved in a timely manner with Aptos Client and internal Solar Winds incident tickets– including software and hardware issues
- Administration of user access and permissions
- Document processes, application flows and define requirements for existing and new functionality.
- Act as troubleshooting resource to document and escalate issues, utilizing technical database and code review skills as required.
- Provide clear and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide end user support and training as needed.
- Manage testing and quality assurance for all upgrades and changes.
- Managing alerts, segmentation, and data ingestion from 3rd party resources.
- Participate in quarterly audit reviews.
Experience requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience with Aptos ERP including Merchandising, Planning, and CRM.
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst in a customer facing role.
- Basic Microsoft SQL proficiency is required
- Champion and facilitate change management efforts during projects.
- Ability to triage and escalate issues pertaining to service interruption outages
- Strong understanding of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service principles
- Must be available on weekends to support retail store teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Participated in vendor quality assurance testing for upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
