Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and developing an understanding clientele, of the importance of paying and on time.
Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activity and collections
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets
- Provide technical sales support to clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field
- Strong ability to analyze data and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
