We are a growing company with ambitious goals, aiming to scale to $40 million in sales. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Consultant to help us expand our reach and achieve our targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, with a focus on high-value accounts.
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in the corporate gifting or luxury goods market.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed individual sales targets ($2–4M annually).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and fulfillment) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track client interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of success, preferably in corporate gifting, luxury goods, or premium services.
- Client Relationship Skills: Strong ability to build long-term relationships with high-profile corporate clients.
- Sales Expertise: Experience selling premium, high-ticket items and managing objections with a consultative approach.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trends in corporate gifting or luxury sales, including customization and personalization.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable using data to inform sales strategies.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
