Overview:
Due to this growth, we are looking for enthusiastic high energy recruiters with the desire to succeed and learn! In this role, you will actively seek candidates and identify those who can become highly successful as Lead Generation or Sales Representatives in our company.
In this role, your attitude and work ethic directly fuel your ability to earn. The ideal candidate with the right mentality can position themselves to be a top performer and earn well over 6 figures annually!
We are looking for an individual who can effectively build rapport and identify high caliber candidates who will be a part of our growing salesforce. You will work alongside a great team of recruiters and leaders and have the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop internally. Recruiting experience is not required but Sales minded people are! Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
Work Experience
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- 1-2 years of sourcing experience preferred
- Sales oriented mindset Required
- Proven experience in a high volume or fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment techniques, including applicant tracking systems and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a high workload.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
