TCS - Relationship Manager – Job Description

Summary:
Our Relationship Managers become industry veterans with a history of exceeding sales goals. We are searching for a self-starter who either knows the business or is a rapid learner and is looking for the right platform to unlock their true potential.
What you’ll do:
- Originate, Structure, Price, and negotiate lease and loan packages
- Maintain current relationships with C-level executives and identify qualified leads through daily outbound calls
- Utilize Salesforce call campaigns while achieving daily, weekly, and quarterly objectives
- Utilize our systems and processes including Salesforce (our CRM) and our other sales engagement platforms
- Ensure all required documents are accurately proposed, completed, and submitted to the appropriate internal parties
- Gain knowledge of industry tax, accounting, regulatory, and legal guidelines
The experience we’re looking for:
- 3+years of sales experience (in the equipment leasing/financing industry – preferred)
- 4-Year College degree (related field preferred)
- General understanding of equipment leasing concepts
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, and results-oriented environment
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a bonus
- Ability to interface effectively with C-level Executives
