Success Managers at Dental Warranty are responsible for creating results and impact hand-in-hand with our partnered practices. The SM will use sales, coaching, and objection handling skills to inspire and motivate dental teams to integrate Dental Warranty into their standard of care and service. SMs also troubleshoot and resolve integration roadblocks including commitment, consistency, or patient communication issues, and play a vital role in overall account support and service.

KEY RESULTS AREAS SUMMARY
Generate Impact and Results for Practices and Dental Warranty
- Engage with partnered Practices to help them effectively offer protection plans
- Set, track, and reach impact / performance targets
- Monitor practice performance; Identify and resolve barriers to success with the program
- Use indicators to mitigate risks and communicate with practices regarding certain claims where further program training is beneficial
Onboard and Activate New Dental Warranty Certified Practices
- Solidify understanding and belief in the concept; Resolve implementation concerns / issues
- Train teams on Dental Warranty software/website, process, and patient communication
- Follow up consistently and in a manner that is helpful and resonates with your teams
Work in a Team To Deliver a Clear, Easy, Consistent Client Experience
- Leverage Salesforce CRM
- Work to be the tie between your team of resources in Billing, Claims, and Sales
