As our network of ASCs continues to grow, we are actively recruiting a new Charge Entry Claims Representative to join our talented and passionate Blue Cloud Team!

YOU WILL
- Responsible for the timely data entry of patient charges for all business lines within 48 hours of
date of service
- Ensure efficient and timely claims processing to insurance
carriers
- Ensure proper charges entered based on specific insurance requirements
- Identifies problems in the charge entry process to prevent future errors
- Alert the manager/director of any difficulties incurred during the charge entry and claims process
YOU HAVE
Requirements + Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Additional coursework in medical billing
- Previous experience with purchase order systems
- 3-5 years in a fast-paced medical office environment
Preferred
- College degree preferred - years of experience may be substituted
- Understanding of charge entry and clearinghouse process preferred
