Title: Trade Service Manager

Responsibilities:
- Run day-to-day operations of client service team
- Perform key relationship management activities for large retails clients
- Lead the initial build of team by setting up and implementing standard operating procedures
- Communicate challenges, needs, and solutions to senior leadership to ensure success
- Provide updates on performance and communicate key information to business as needed
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Commercial trade experience (letters of credit, collections, open account)
- International Operations experience.
- Prior Relationship Management experience.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience building decks in PowerPoint.
- Contact center w/ securities focused or trading floor manager (vanguard) experience.
- Previous experience with CRM tools (Preferred)
- Prior Fintech experience. (Preferred)
- Experience in ERP. PO, invoice and/or Supply Chain (Preferred)
