We are responsible for asset servicing of Alternative Investments including Trading, Asset Transfers, and Corporate Actions. We provide access to sophisticated wealth-management products that help clients and advisors compete and succeed in their business efforts.
As an Alternative Investment Custody Specialist, you will leverage your passion and enthusiasm to learn in providing the highest quality support to our internal and external business partners. Initially, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of registration updates on Alternative Investment securities held by our clients. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end processing of registration updates for Alternative Investment securities. As you grow your experience and mastery additional opportunities within the team and across the broader organization will be available. Your team-orientation, self-motivation, goal driven skills, multi-tasking, follow through, and time management skills will enable you to deliver on our “client first” approach. Your responsibilities could include:
- Researching complex issues.
- Helping resolve complex transfer related issues and escalations.
- Proactively sharing ideas for process improvement.
- Working with our business partners to resolve transfer related issues.
- Providing resolution steps for Alternative Investment transfers that are not in good order.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy while meeting efficiency/productivity goals.
What you have

Required Qualifications
- An associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience
- 1 + years of brokerage firm experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Word

- Flexibility- Openness to new procedures and technology. Looks for opportunities to provide critical support during high volume seasons.
- Initiative- Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked.

Preferred Qualifications
- ACAT and Non-ACAT transfer experience
- Reconciliation of breaks
- Processing Journal requests
- Alternative Investment operation experience (strongly preferred)
