Maintenance/Groundskeeper
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our Mulberry Health team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds and facility. This position requires someone who can handle a variety of duties efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
- Routine maintenance tasks such as painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical repairs
- Mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, planting and watering
- Operation of lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.
- Minor repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ensure walkways, driveways and parking lot are clear of debris and snow
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
- Conduct routine inspections
- Assist with pest control and waste management
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Keep tools and equipment in good working order
Experience:
- Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping or related fields
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, welding and other repair techniques
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
