Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience working as a management consultant, working with external clients.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Experience driving change across an organization, managing stakeholders across teams at all levels.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale, organization change across multiple regions and integrating tenured teams with new capabilities and talent.
- Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
- Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
- Ability to communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both written and verbal format.

We are seeking who wants to join the Cloud People Operations team, that has deep business acumen and a track record of helping the business execute on organizational strategy and talent planning. This People Partner role will be for the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) organization, which will support the Storage, Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) and Strat Ops teams. This is a critical role that serves as a trusted advisor to the GMs and VPs across this organization.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Demonstrate expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data analysis and insights, employee relations and tactical development .
- Partner with leaders on the define, design, launch, and landing of change initiatives. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and propose proactive solutions.
- Consult with Google's leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence change over large functions at Google and serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising GMs/VPs and executive leaders.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
