This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring the seamless operation of our front desk. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive.
- Provide assistance with photocopying, document printing, and other client needs.
- Manage administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist walk-in clients with placing orders and provide general support as needed.
- Offer support to team members, including handling personal assistant tasks when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A patient and respectful approach to working with a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in computer use, including typing and familiarity with office software.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving inquiries efficiently.
