Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing activities to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up with previous contacts and nurture relationships.
- Effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate appointment times that work for both the client and our sales team.
- Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales meetings.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and objections.
Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Experience in business development and market research is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in using software tools for lead management and scheduling.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
