You Are:
UST is searching for a Payments Solutions Architect who will engage with clients to understand their payment processing needs and provide expert consultation on the deployment and optimization of our payment routing engine.
The Opportunity:
- Represent IT team in meetings with business, vendor and 3rd party teams
- Collaborate with internal & external teams, vendors, etc to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their payment ecosystem and routing needs.
- Design and propose comprehensive payment routing solutions that align with client requirements, industry best practices, and our product capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our payment routing engine, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Provide recommendations for customizing and configuring the payment routing engine to meet specific client requirements, including rule configurations and integration points.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the payment routing engine, offering insights into its functionalities, architecture, and how it aligns with client business goals.
- Work closely with sales teams, product development, and support teams to ensure a smooth handover from presales to post-sales activities.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including solution proposals, implementation plans, and customization specifications.

What You Need:
- Able to perform the payment domain SME
- In-depth understanding of payment systems, routing engines, and payment processing workflows.
- Experience with different payment methods, gateways, and acquirer integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in Telecom/Retail industry (good to have)
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $68,000-$102,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
