The ideal candidate for this role should have at least one year of management experience, with union and luxury experience being highly preferred, along with schedule flexibility.
The wage range for this position is $68,000 to $75,000 yearly
What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assesses the quality of work provided to guests through daily quality inspections, writes and submits reports and works with managers to address and resolve quality gaps and deficiencies.
- Evaluates effectiveness of and develops incentive programs to drive performance.
- Reads and interprets all loyalty/satisfaction reports and interacts with guests regarding issues and concerns for resolution.
- Assists in training, re-training and corrective action, if necessary.
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff.
