Compensation
$86,000 – 99,000

What you’ll do
- Ability to provide technical guidance when required, on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
- Ability to interpret and apply knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of expertise.
- Understands numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis.
- Ability to provide technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
- Ability to uncover customer explicit needs and/or unforeseen opportunities and challenges and seek alignment between needs and solutions.
- Uses clear and effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to analyze potential solutions and create recommendations based on the expected benefits, costs, and overall value of the solution for key stakeholders.
- Ability to acquire, organize, protect and process data to fulfill business objectives.
- Ability to explore the depth and breadth of a problem, draw out the implications of not changing, and help articulate the value of a solution.
- Ability to conduct gap analysis between current and future states to identify components of the overall change strategy.
- Ability to manage projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of degree, 6 years relevant experience required.
- Must have 3 years’ experience in compliance, analysis, government relations, legal, accounting, auditing, finance, or related field.
Bonus if you have
- Previous state or federal or managed care compliance experience is preferred.
- Experience in health insurance or insurance regulation is preferred.
- Hospital, health plan, privacy or government health care programs experience is preferred.
