We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both inside and outside sales, with a focus on technology solutions. You will leverage your expertise in direct sales, cold calling, and business development to identify new opportunities and negotiate contracts that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Participate in technology sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, inside sales, or outside sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience in technology sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving results.
